Hurricane Insurance:

In the event of a hurricane, you could lose your hard-earned vacation! We offer hurricane insurance that will reimburse you should the island be evacuated due to hurricane. The price is less than other companies. Only 5% of your total. If elected, hurricane insurance must be added when you make your reservation. Please note that we are not allowed to add this if there is a named storm in the ocean.

Check In:

Normal check in time is between 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm. Please come to our office to complete your reservation and pick up the keys to your rental.

Early Check In:
We offer early check in based on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis, for a limited number of houses. ($75 + tax.) Please note, check in times are not guaranteed.

Late Check In:
Please inform our office if you will be checking in after 3:30 pm so that we may make arrangements to put your key in a lock box for you. Late check in will be granted only if we have received your signed Rental Agreement and your balance has been paid in full.

Check Out:

Normal check out time is at 10:00 am. You must bring your key(s) to our office and all occupants must be out of the rental unit by 10:00 am.

Late Check Out:
We offer a late check out at 12:00 pm, based on availability on a first-come-first-serve basis for a limited number of houses. ($75 + tax.) ALL other late check outs will be charged an extra night’s stay.
